Study Hub
The Study Hub is a motivational and educational club specialising in the mentoring and personal development of young people aged 11-16. It will provide a supervised, calm and safe environment where young people can study and complete homework.
The aims and purpose of the club are:
1. To support local community families by offering them an opportunity to attend parenting workshops for their children’s education in order to unite efforts in forming good future citizens.

3. To increase participants’ confidence.
4. To increase participants’ independent learning skills.
5. To improve the quality of participants’ schoolwork
6. To encourage the development of positive social skills.
7. To assist with exam revision.
8. To help with college or apprenticeship applications.
The Homework Club also provides practical help and support for young people using up-to-date resources and equipment.

On The Road: Driving Theory Programme
The On The Road: Driving Theory Programme is an excellent engagement tool designed to create a pathway to driving that many find prohibitive due to high costs. Learners that sit the Driving Theory Test are supported to obtain a form of necessary ID such as a birth certificate or a passport in order to obtain a Provisional Driving Licence.
Thereafter learners receive employment support including job search, help completing online applications and agency referrals. The course is a vehicle for change with current successes indicating that when learners achieve success in passing their Driving Theory Test they are more motivated to achieve employment goals.
By the end of the course, learners will have:
- Updated their basic knowledge of driving theory
- Learnt about road safety and vehicle maintenance
- Prepared learners to sit and pass their Driving Theory Test
